These terms govern your use of prosupplyuk.co.uk and every order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Pro Supply UK is a trading name of AYESH&CO LTD, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC782167), registered office 52 Ochiltree Terrace, Camelon, Falkirk, FK1 4LT, United Kingdom.

1. About us and how to contact us

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order - for example because an item is out of stock, because of an error in the price or description, or because we cannot deliver to your address - we will tell you and will not charge you.

3. Our products

Images and descriptions are for guidance. Packaging, manufacturer branding and minor specifications may vary between deliveries. Where a product is sold by the case, box or pallet, the pack quantity is stated on the product page. Safety data sheets for cleaning chemicals are available on request.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the prices shown on the product page when you place your order. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch we will contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and refund you in full.

5. Delivery, risk and ownership

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

6. Returns, cancellation and faulty goods

Your rights to cancel and return goods are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. If you are a consumer you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which these terms do not affect.

7. Business customers

Where you buy in the course of a business: you confirm you have authority to bind that business; the statutory consumer cancellation right does not apply to you; and our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable to business customers for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts or any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Our liability to consumers

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.

9. Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape it systematically, or use it in a way that disrupts the service for others. All content on the site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used them. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and where the delay is substantial you may cancel your order and receive a refund for goods not delivered.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong, email ayeshaafridi@prosupplyuk.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. Consumers can also seek independent advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this site when you placed it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and you keep the benefit of the consumer protection rules that apply there.
